Mtown Terms and Conditions – Malaysia Entertainment Platform Guidelines

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and mtown ("Platform"). This document governs access to and use of all services, games, and features available through mtown.org and its associated mobile applications.

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not an mtown employee or an immediate family member of such an employee.
• Must not have any previously active, suspended, or terminated mtown account.
• Registering and playing for personal entertainment purposes only, not in a professional or commercial capacity.

All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. mtown applies a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify every player's identity, ensuring platform security and regulatory compliance.

• You may only register one account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• A valid identity document (MyKad or passport) is required to complete the KYC process.
• The first withdrawal requires full identity verification before it can be processed.
• mtown reserves the right to request additional proof such as bank statements or utility bills at any time.
• Inaccurate or misleading account information will result in immediate account suspension.

• Opening or using more than one account at the same time.
• Using false information or another person's identity during registration.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs or technical vulnerabilities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing support staff or other players.
• Fraudulently initiating a chargeback after using deposited funds.

Any player found to have committed any of the above will face immediate suspension, a thorough investigation, permanent account termination, and in serious cases, referral to the relevant authorities.

• Losses resulting from a player's own negligence in securing their account.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Resulting from fair and valid game outcomes in accordance with platform rules.

It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that use of the mtown platform complies with local laws in their jurisdiction. mtown bears no responsibility for any legal compliance issues on the part of the player.

Mtown reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any term outlined in this document.
• Activity suspected to be fraudulent, money laundering, or a security threat.
• Failure to fulfil KYC verification requests within the stipulated timeframe.
• Pressure from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, all active wagering requirements must be fulfilled and there must be no pending withdrawal issues.
